- Home page : Shows the Daily bench mark for the Technician ( On service and Project)
- Time sheet : Employees can check their hours by selecting a date range (Regular hours , OT Hours , Emergency Hours and Bonus also).
- Clock In / Clock Out : Employees can Clock in and Clock out on the app and it will generate the report on the Admin side also on the user side report to show the hours worked OR can be automated through open API
- Vacation tracking : Tracks employee vacations (Employees can send requests for days off to their supervisor for approval)
- Tool request : Every tool in the warehouse can be tracked properly through the app (request and return the tool )
- On call Schedule : Assign techs and office staff for their on-call schedule which is visible to every member of the team.
- Employee Warning : There are 5 stages of warnings built-in for any employee that has to be written up, from verbal warning to dismissal.
- Company Alert : If company wants to post any future events they can do it through company alerts.
- Knowledge base : Any new article, video or document that could help the team can be posted on the app.
